1. Acceptance
By using Key Society (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. No Guarantees
Key Society is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding availability, uptime, market value of NFTs, or the behavior of on-chain transactions. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and for all actions executed from your wallet. You are responsible for verifying every transaction before signing it. You are responsible for ensuring the content you mint or list does not infringe on third-party rights.
4. No Financial Advice
Nothing on Key Society constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Do your own research before buying, selling, minting, or connecting creator content.
5. Fees
Key Society charges a marketplace fee on sales and flat fees for minting, promotions, and VIP subscriptions. Fees are displayed before confirmation. Network fees paid to the Kaspa blockchain are separate and non-refundable.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not use Key Society to mint, list, or distribute illegal content, infringing material, or content that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to delist content that violates these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Key Society and its operators are not liable for any loss of funds, loss of data, loss of assets, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
